How to troubleshoot a Samsung Odyssey G5 monitor that does not display any image?

I have a Samsung Odyssey G5 monitor (model LC34G55TWWNXZA) that I purchased in 2020. It was working fine until recently, when it stopped showing any image on the screen. The monitor is connected to my PC and is recognized by the system, but the screen remains black. The backlight is on and I can turn the monitor on and off using the joystick button, but the OSD menu does not appear. I have tried different cables, ports, and drivers, but nothing seems to work. I have also checked online and found some similar cases, but no clear solution. I have attached a video of the problem for reference. Is there any way to fix this issue or is the monitor dead?
