OK — been on this thing for about six months now and it’s basically bookmarked at this point, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since someone asked me the other day. Am in the UK, generally do football and horses, nothing mad, so take it how you like.
What got me on it was genuinely a bit daft — I never could get my head round what an e/w return would be once you get five places instead of three. Basically I’d eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. These days I punch the numbers in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.
Their single bet calculator tool is the part I use most — you drop in the price and your stake and it shows returns straight away, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — acca and treble maths, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that’s where I’d always mess it up. The thing that really shifted things for me is the more serious bits. Couple of gripes. The layout feels pretty plain — no polish, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s usable although the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. And nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me but worth saying.
Right, that’s me. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does the job. If anyone honestly does the maths on paper, try it — saved me a load of dumb bets I’d have regretted.
