A small thank you note from me to the team behind this work, the post earned it, and a stop at lorithompson suggested more thanks would be in order over time, recognising the people who do good writing online is something I try to remember to do because the alternative is silence and silence rewards mediocrity unfortunately.

Now thinking about whether the writer might publish a longer form work I would buy, and a look at brightbento suggested the same depth would translate, content that makes me want to pay for related work in other formats is content that has earned commercial trust as well as attention trust and this site has both clearly.

Reading this prompted a small redirection in something I was working on, and a stop at linkloomshop extended that redirecting influence, content that affects my actual work rather than just my thinking has the highest practical impact and this site is providing that level of influence for me at a sustainable rate apparently.

Now adding a small note in my reading log that this site is one to watch, and a look at modmerchant reinforced the watch status, the few sites I track deliberately rather than encounter accidentally are sites I expect ongoing returns from and this one has cleared the bar for that elevated tracking based on what I read.

Stands out for actually being useful instead of just being long, and a look at websummit kept that going, length without value is the default mode of most blogs these days but this site has clearly chosen a different path which I respect a lot as a reader who values careful editing decisions like that.
