Right — been on this thing for something like six months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so figured I’d write something up since someone asked me last week. I’m based in the UK, mainly bet football and racing, small stakes, just so you know where I’m coming from.

How I found it was actually embarrassing — I never could work out what an ew return would be once you get five places instead of three. I used to just guess and then be surprised. These days I type the odds in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

The single bet calculator is the part I use most — you drop in your stake, the odds and it spits out the return with no faffing, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the bigger stuff — trebles maths, a lucky 15, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where most people I know got it wrong. If you want a look, it’s over at outplayed calculator and it’s free with no account nonsense.

One thing that really changed how I bet was the geekier extras. The odds-to-probability converter that shows what margin’s baked in, and a kelly criterion tool — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are terrifying. Dutching calculator gets used a fair bit when I’m covering two or three runners.

Not all sunshine though. Its layout is pretty plain — not much frills, looks like it was built by someone who cares more about maths than colours. On my phone it works but the acca grid make you pinch and zoom. Also there’s no app, it’s a website and that’s it — slight shame but you asked.

Right, that’s me. Doesn’t cost anything, no ads shoved in your face, does the job. If anyone even now works out returns on a calculator app, have a look — saves me a fair few dumb bets I’d have regretted.

OK — been on this thing for about five months now and it’s stuck on my phone, so thought I’d chuck my thoughts in since a mate asked me last week. Am in the UK, generally stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, for context.

What got me on it was genuinely embarrassing — I couldn’t ever figure out what an e/w payout actually was with 1/5 odds a place. I’d just guess and get a shock. These days I punch the numbers in before I place anything, even a simple single bet.

Their single bet calculator is the part I’m on daily — you put in your stake, the odds and it shows profit and total return with no faffing, either odds format. There’s also the bigger stuff — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15s, patents and yankees, honestly that’s where I’d always got it wrong. If you want a look, it’s here irish lotto trixie bet and it’s free with no account nonsense.

The thing that actually changed how I bet was the more serious bits. There’s an implied probability converter and it makes obvious what margin’s baked in, plus a kelly staking calculator — I use half kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutching one is handy too if I’m splitting a race.

Couple of gripes. The layout is very functional, let’s say — no polish, it’s clearly function over form. Phone-wise it works though the lucky 63 breakdown need a bit of scrolling. There’s nothing on the app store, it’s browser only — fine by me just flagging it.

So yeah. Costs nowt, no ads shoved in your face, works. If you even now does the maths on paper, try it — saves me a load of “wait, that’s it?” moments.

Right — have been messing about with this thing for about four months now and I keep coming back, so thought I’d say something since a mate asked me the other day. I’m based in the UK, mostly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, just so you know where I’m coming from.

The reason I started using it was honestly a bit daft — I never could figure out what an ew payout would be when the place terms changed. I’d just eyeball it and then be surprised. These days I stick my stake in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator tool is the part I’m on daily — type in the price and your stake and you get profit and total return instantly, fractions or decimals. There’s also the multiples — acca and treble returns, a lucky 15, a yankee, and that’s where I always mess it up. If you want a look, it’s over at each way bet calc — free, no signup.

What actually changed how I bet was the geekier bits. The odds-to-probability thing that shows the overround, and a kelly criterion calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. Dutching calculator is decent for when I’m covering two or three runners.

Couple of gripes. The design feels pretty plain — zero polish, it’s clearly function over form. On mobile it works although the acca grid are a squeeze. And no proper app, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me just flagging it.

Anyway. Costs nowt, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. If anyone still adds it up in their head, try it — it’s saved me a load of arguments with the bookie.

Right — been using this thing for something like five months now and I keep coming back, reckon I’d say something since a lad on another thread asked me a few days back. I’m in the UK, mostly bet football and racing, a fiver here and there, so take it how you like.

How I found it was genuinely a bit daft — I could never figure out what an each way payout actually came to when the place terms changed. I used to just eyeball it and moan when the payout landed. Now I punch the numbers in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt.

Their single bet calculator tool is the one I’m on daily — you drop in stake and odds and it spits out the return with no faffing, fractions or decimals. Same tool covers the fiddly ones — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, which is where most people I know lose track. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at how to work out accumulator odds and it’s free with no account nonsense.

What actually shifted things for me is the nerdier tools. There’s an implied probability converter that shows how much the bookie’s taking, plus a kelly criterion calculator — I run quarter kelly because full kelly is terrifying. The dutching one is handy too when I’m spreading across selections.

Not all sunshine though. Its interface looks a bit basic — not much flash, it’s clearly function over form. On my phone it’s usable though the bigger tables are a squeeze. There’s nothing on the app store, just the site — slight shame but worth saying.

Right, that’s me. Free, barely any ads, does what it says. If you even now does the maths on paper, give it a go — it’s saved me plenty of dumb bets I’d have regretted.

The implied probability calculator which shows you what margin’s baked in, and a kelly tool — I run quarter kelly because full kelly is a quick route to a dead bankroll. Dutching calculator is decent when I’m spreading across selections.

It’s not perfect mind. The design looks a bit basic — not much flash, which honestly I don’t mind but some will. Phone-wise it’s usable although the lucky 63 breakdown make you pinch and zoom. And no proper app, it’s browser only — doesn’t bother me just flagging it.

Right, that’s me. Doesn’t cost anything, barely any ads, works. If anyone even now works out returns on a calculator app, try it — saves me a fair few arguments with the bookie.
